2025 Pine Whiff Beach Community Meeting Schedule: Meetings are generally held on the last Thursday of the month during the summer. Check the sign at the entrance to the community for the most up-to-date information when a meeting is planned. All meetings are held at Beach One at 7:00 pm. Meeting dates for 2025 are May 29, June 26, July 31 and August 28. Prior to the May meeting, hot dogs and hamburgers will be served at 6 p.m. Join us and meet your neighbors!

Fundraiser at Chick-fil-A: Visit the Chick-fil-A at 3220 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, to participate in the PWBPOA Spirit Day. Come support Pine Whiff Beach Property Owner’s Association; a percentage of sales will be donated to raise funds for the association. Mosquito Spraying: The community has applied for mosquito spraying services from the Maryland Department of Agriculture (MDA). The spraying will occur once per week on Sunday evenings between 7:00 p.m. and 2:30 a.m. from May 28 through September 30, 2025. If MDA needs to fog on a different night due to mosquito borne illness, a press release will be issued and residents with exemptions will be notified. Please stay indoors while fogging operations are being conducted. 2025 Community Cleanup Program: Anne Arundel County is providing dumpsters to the community. They will be delivered on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, between 7:00 a.m. and noon, and removed on Friday, August 22, 2025, in the same time frame. The dumpsters will be located in the parking area of Beach One. Unacceptable materials include: junk automobiles, trailers, gas and propane tanks, tree trunks and logs, oil drums and tanks, liquids, metal items, hazardous waste, boats, tires, batteries, paint, refrigerators, air conditioners, cardboard, paper, plastic and glass.
