Membership

Membership in the Pine Whiff Beach Property Owners Association allows access to the three community beaches and makes households eligible to rent kayak rack storage as well as boat slips. Most importantly, membership enables the community to fund the necessary capital construction projects and perform annual maintenance on community owned property.
